ISO /IEC 19770-1 Standard for Software Asset Management is an international standard designed to provide the framework of requirements for organisations seeking to achieve Software Asset Management. The standard is designed to help manage risk, meet corporate IT governance requirements and generally improve the cost-effectiveness and availability of business software across the enterprise.
Since its publication in 2006, Concorde has aligned best practice with the standard and delivered full software asset management processes to leading organisations like Centrica and Serco, based on ISO/IEC 19770-1.
Processes need supporting by technology and people. ComplianceConsole’s reporting capability provides a solid foundation from which to meet ISO 19770-1 requirements, and Concorde’s experience in implementing process and procedure, provides access to industry leading knowledge to help successful delivery.
Concorde were the only organisation that understood our issues and didn't try to just sell us another software tool.
